Barbara J. Kwon is an experienced attorney who offers a variety of services to the clients of The Danow Group. Ms. Kwon concentrates her practice in Alcohol Beverage Control Law. She represents and counsels owners, operators and franchisors of international hotel groups, retail stores, restaurants and recreational/entertainment venues. Ms. Kwon also provides legal guidance with respect to compliance with the Alcohol Beverage Control Law to major wine, distilled spirits and malt beverage producers as well as importers and wholesale distributors. Ms. Kwon’s practice also includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, financing, title and leasing.

Ms. Kwon earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.
