Calum d’Oelsnitz is an associate attorney at The Danow Group who provides legal and regulatory services to the alcoholic-beverage industry.

His experience includes compliance with TTB laws and regulations; alcoholic-beverage licensing and compliance among all tiers across multiple jurisdictions; collaboration in acquisitions, leasing, service contracts, distributorship agreements, and other transactions; as well as general corporate governance matters.

Before joining The Danow Group, Calum worked in government affairs and association management, serving clients in the technology, financial services, construction, transportation, energy, death care and consumer package goods industries.

Calum earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, with a concentration in government law and policy as a member of the Government Law Center Fellowship program. He earned his B.A. from Binghamton University.

Calum is licensed to practice law in New York State.
